This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from any of our sites, and when applicable, our related social media pages, mobile sites, applications, blogs, interactive applications, emails and text messages (SMS and MMS), and any other interactive media that we may use (the “Site”).

PRIVACY POLICY EFFECTIVE FOR CANADA ONLY

Flow Glow’s policy is to comply with the privacy legislation in each Canadian province in which we operate. This Privacy Policy covers only those activities that are subject to the provisions of Canada’s federal and provincial privacy policy laws as applicable.

RESTRICTED ACCESS TO PERSONS OF LEGAL CONSUMPTION AGE 


Flow Glow Sites, including but not limited to access to all promotion, advertising, publicity and marketing information (“the Information”) is not directed to persons who are not of legal consumption age. All Information is intended only for persons who are of legal age based on the jurisdiction where Information is being retrieved, accessed, observed or viewed. Each time you interact with, or enter a Site, you will be required to confirm that you are of legal age based on the jurisdiction where Information is being retrieved.


We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from persons under the legal age in their respective province. We request that such persons not provide us with any information or access our Sites. If we become aware that we have unwittingly collected personal information from a person under legal age in their respective province, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
